Our Month-Of Coordination service is designed for couples who’ve planned it all but want to actually enjoy it. We step in about 4–6 weeks before your wedding to fine-tune the details, take over communication with vendors, create a fully customized day-of timeline, and manage every moving piece so you and your loved ones can stay blissfully present.
Your celebration will be expertly overseen by our lead wedding planner, along with a professional assistant who helps keep everything running like clockwork from first look to final dance.
From last-minute curveballs to keeping that sparkler send-off on track, we’ve got it all covered.

MANAGEMENT
You’ve got the vision, we bring it to life. Perfectly.
You’ve put your heart into planning this day. You’ve chosen the colors, the florals, the candles, the place cards, maybe even sourced vintage vases or built your own signage. But when it’s time to walk down the aisle? You shouldn’t be worrying about who’s lighting those candles or styling the tables.
Our Wedding Management service combines everything from our Month-Of Coordination package, plus a full-scale design execution team to take your plans and make them a flawless reality.
We step in 4-6 months out to finalize your wedding vision, including design details, manage vendor communication, troubleshoot behind-the-scenes, and oversee every detail for the big day. Then, when it’s go-time, our experienced design team gets to work transforming your curated items (whether you rented them from us, a third-party vendor, or sourced them yourself) into a fully styled celebration space.
