Our Month-Of Coordination service is designed for couples who’ve planned it all but want to actually enjoy it. We step in about 4–6 weeks before your wedding to fine-tune the details, take over communication with vendors, create a fully customized day-of timeline, and manage every moving piece so you and your loved ones can stay blissfully present.
Your celebration will be expertly overseen by our lead wedding planner, along with a professional assistant who helps keep everything running like clockwork from first look to final dance.
From last-minute curveballs to keeping that sparkler send-off on track, we’ve got it all covered.

Lead Coordinator : Professional wedding planner who will lead the services for your event. Your lead coordinator will serve as the main point of contact leading up to and on the day of your event. Assistant Coordinator(s) : Wedding planner(s) who will assist the lead coordinator on tasks and services for your event.
DETAILS
We will create a custom detail packet and distribute important information to wedding participants and vendors
All wedding participants will be given an event detail packet. This multipage document will contain a detailed full-day timeline, digitized ceremony and reception layouts, and any more important day-of details. Contents include, but are not limited to: - Vendor Info & Details - Full Day Schedule & Timeline - Rehearsal Schedule & Timeline - Ceremony Outline & Floor Plan - Cocktail Outline & Floor Plan - Reception Outline & Floor Plan - End of Night Details
EXECUTION
It's GAME TIME! Months of hard work finally pay off as you and your loved ones celebrate the night away!
The lead coordinator will assist the bride, groom, and their bridal parties with whatever necessary to complete their pre-ceremony tasks within the allotted timeframe. In addition, the coordination team will assist in coordinating with vendors as they arrive, etc. Our team team will complete a final check of all event areas to ensure everything is finished with complete client satisfaction. Once the event begins, our team will handle any issues that arise, as well as timeline management throughout the duration of your event.

Our Wedding Management service combines everything from our Month-Of Coordination package, plus a full-scale design execution team to take your plans and make them a flawless reality.
We step in 4-6 months out to finalize your wedding vision, including design details, manage vendor communication, troubleshoot behind-the-scenes, and oversee every detail for the big day. Then, when it’s go-time, our experienced design team gets to work transforming your curated items (whether you rented them from us, a third-party vendor, or sourced them yourself) into a fully styled celebration space.

We have several available add-ons to our coordination package called "bonus blooms"
ROOM FLIP
Additional team members will be onsite to facilitate a complete transition of your ceremony space into your reception setup during cocktail hour. This service allows for an efficient and seamless room flip while guests enjoy cocktail hour.
Please note that a cocktail hour is required for this service.

FULL STRIKE
Following the conclusion of your event, our team will facilitate a quick and complete cleanup of all décor and client-provided items, including careful packaging and organization for pickup.
Please note that this service does not include the return or breakdown of third-party rental items.

A travel fee applies to all weddings and events taking place more than 200 miles from our studio locations.
Please note that this fee does not include accommodations or lodging expenses for events deemed destination weddings or requiring overnight travel.

Our team will provide full coordination and management of your rehearsal dinner to ensure a seamless and enjoyable evening for you and your guests.
