We will create a custom detail packet and distribute important information to wedding participants and vendors

All wedding participants will be given an event detail packet. This multipage document will contain a detailed full-day timeline, digitized ceremony and reception layouts, and any more important day-of details. Contents include, but are not limited to: - Vendor Info & Details - Full Day Schedule & Timeline - Rehearsal Schedule & Timeline - Ceremony Outline & Floor Plan - Cocktail Outline & Floor Plan - Reception Outline & Floor Plan - End of Night Details

It's GAME TIME! Months of hard work finally pay off as you and your loved ones celebrate the night away!

The lead coordinator will assist the bride, groom, and their bridal parties with whatever necessary to complete their pre-ceremony tasks within the allotted timeframe. In addition, the coordination team will assist in coordinating with vendors as they arrive, etc. Our team team will complete a final check of all event areas to ensure everything is finished with complete client satisfaction. Once the event begins, our team will handle any issues that arise, as well as timeline management throughout the duration of your event.

Once the event begins, our team will handle any issues that arise, as well as timeline management throughout the duration of your event. At the end of the night, our design team will assist in the strike of all decor and rental items, including assisting other vendors with their items.
